Kyriba, connected to the Oracle ERP you already run.
Your ERP already holds every payable, receivable and journal. We connect it to Kyriba and your banks, so treasury works from live cash, not yesterday's spreadsheet.
The ERP is the system of record. Kyriba is the system of liquidity.
Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud record, control and account for every transaction. Treasury needs something different: a live, multi-bank, multi-currency view that looks forward, not back. Together they close the gap. Neither replaces the other.
Kyriba figures: Kyriba, 2026.
The data is already in Oracle.
The bridge to your banks is not.
In 18 years of Oracle work, we see the same pattern. Every payable, receivable and journal already sits in the ERP. What is missing is the bridge between that data and your banks.
Cash position built by hand
The morning position is assembled from bank portals and a spreadsheet.
Every new bank is a new build
Each bank or entity added means another host-to-host build and another test cycle.
Rejections arrive days later
Payment files are rejected at the bank, days after they were approved.
Exposure seen at month-end
Currency exposure is understood when the books close, not when it is created.
Controls rely on instinct
Stopping a fraudulent payment depends on an approver noticing something unusual.
Three or more sound familiar?
Then the value is already on the table. It is simply not being collected.
One platform for cash, payments and risk
Kyriba brings five products together under one AI layer, so treasury, payments and risk all work from the same live data.
Treasury
Daily cash positioning, reconciliation and scenario-based forecasting across every bank and entity.
Payments
A single secure hub for every outgoing payment, with AI anomaly detection and real-time sanctions screening.
Risk Management
FX exposure captured from the ERP, with hedging, debt and investment management in one place.
Working Capital
Supply chain finance, dynamic discounting and receivables finance from one dashboard.
Connectivity
Banks, ERPs and APIs on one managed network, with bank connections maintained by Kyriba.
TAI
Kyriba's agentic AI prepares analysis and recommendations. Your team approves, and every step is logged.
Where Kyriba meets Oracle
The flows between Oracle and Kyriba decide whether treasury gets live data. These are the interfaces we build and support.
Outbound payments
Oracle payment files routed through Kyriba, screened and delivered to every bank.
Bank statements
Retrieved by Kyriba and returned to Oracle Cash Management for reconciliation.
Accounting
Treasury, FX and investment activity posted back to the General Ledger.
Forecast inputs
AP, AR, PO and payroll schedules feeding a rolling cash forecast.
FX exposure
Open balances by currency and entity passed to Kyriba risk management.
Master data
Supplier bank accounts and addresses kept clean, in sync and structured for ISO 20022.
The ISO 20022 deadline moved.
The data problem did not.
Swift has deferred its structured address milestone, but free-text supplier addresses in your ERP still need fixing. Use the extra time well.
Wherever you are on the journey
Most engagements start from one of three places.
Running Oracle EBS
Bring Kyriba in alongside the estate you run today.
- Cash positioning and a payment hub first
- Payment, statement and GL interfaces built by TECH ECS
- Supported by the same team after go-live
Moving to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Move bank connectivity to Kyriba before or during the migration.
- Fusion goes live with connections already tested
- Payment formats carried across, not rebuilt
- Supplier bank data cleaned during the move
Already live on Kyriba
Managed Services for Kyriba and its Oracle interfaces.
- Monitoring, bank and format changes
- Release adoption and interface regression testing
- New modules, entities, banks and TAI adoption
Treasury projects are rarely lost in treasury. They are lost at the ERP interface.
Configuring Kyriba is well understood. What decides the timeline is everything around it: payment process profiles, supplier bank data, statement mapping, and who fixes the interface when a bank changes a format at 7am.
Both sides of the interface
Kyriba-certified consultants working alongside Oracle Financials specialists.
EBS and Fusion Cloud
Connected to the estate you run today, and kept connected through your move.
Data before go-live
Supplier bank and address data cleansed for ISO 20022 before the first payment file leaves.
Dual-shore delivery
Senior consultants in the Middle East, backed by our Offshore Delivery Centre.
Oracle First, not Oracle-only
Where Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP sits alongside Oracle, Kyriba connects it to the same hub.
We stay
One team accountable for Kyriba and the Oracle interfaces long after go-live.
What we deliver
Stabilise first. Optimise always. Transform when ready.
Assess
A focused review of your banks, payment flows, Oracle interfaces and data readiness, ending in a phased roadmap.
Land
Design, configure Kyriba, build the Oracle interfaces, onboard banks and go live. Timelines confirmed after assessment.
Run
Hypercare, then SLA-backed Managed Services: monitoring, bank and format changes, Kyriba and Oracle release adoption.
Transform
Extend into risk and working capital, adopt TAI Skills, and carry treasury through your move to Fusion Cloud.
The details, up front.
Does Kyriba replace Oracle Cash Management?
No. Oracle stays the system of record for reconciliation and accounting. Kyriba adds multi-bank connectivity, forecasting, payment controls and risk management, and returns the results to Oracle.
Does Kyriba work with Oracle E-Business Suite, or only Fusion Cloud?
Both. Fusion Cloud connects through Kyriba's pre-built connectivity and APIs. For EBS, TECH ECS builds and supports file-based and API interfaces.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the number of banks, entities and modules in scope. Kyriba reports ERP bank integration in as little as 2 to 5 days, depending on set-up. Your overall timeline is confirmed after the readiness assessment.
We are already live on Kyriba. Can you support us?
Yes. We provide Managed Services for Kyriba and its Oracle interfaces, and help you add modules, banks, entities and TAI capabilities.
How does Kyriba help with ISO 20022?
Kyriba translates existing ERP payment files into ISO 20022 XML without changes to the ERP. We clean and structure the supplier bank and address data in Oracle, so the files are right at source.
Is our data safe with Kyriba's AI?
TAI runs on an embedded model. Kyriba states customer data is never used to train public models, access is role-based, and sensitive actions require human approval.
