Should we implement Fusion from scratch or migrate from EBS?
That depends on where you are today. If you are already on EBS, migration usually beats a greenfield build, since your data and processes carry across. If you are not on Oracle at all, a direct Fusion implementation is often the simpler path. We assess your situation and recommend one, not both.
How long does a Fusion implementation take?
It depends on the modules in scope and how many entities or countries are involved. A single-module rollout can run a few months. A multi-pillar, multi-country program runs longer. We scope the timeline against your specific footprint before committing to one.
Can you implement just one module, like HCM, rather than the full suite?
Yes. Most Fusion programs start with one or two pillars rather than all four at once. We can scope a single-module implementation and build the roadmap for the rest around your priorities.
Do you handle data migration from non-Oracle systems?
Yes. Data migration into Fusion is not limited to Oracle sources. We extract, clean, transform and validate data from legacy ERPs, spreadsheets and other systems as part of the implementation.
What happens after go-live?
Go-live is a milestone, not the end of the engagement. We run managed services for Fusion the same way we do for EBS: functional and technical support, release management and ongoing enhancements as Oracle updates the platform.
Can Fusion integrate with our existing banking, HRMS or CRM platforms?
Yes. We build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, and connect Fusion to Salesforce, Kyriba, Darwinbox and other platforms already in use, alongside custom and legacy systems.
