Your EBS still runs the business.
The question is who keeps it worth running.
TECH ECS has spent 18 years inside Oracle E-Business Suite, implementing it, upgrading it, integrating it, moving it to cloud and running it around the clock. On-premise, cloud or hybrid, and on environments built by anyone.
Stabilise. Optimise. Transform. Innovate.
Go-live is a milestone, not a finish line. TECH ECS is built for what comes after it: making the environment stable, tuning it to how your business actually works, extending it as the roadmap grows, and running it every day in between. Implementation and rollouts sit inside that same frame, as the start of a long relationship rather than the whole of it.
The full EBS stack, under one Oracle practice.
Applications, customisations, integrations, database and infrastructure are handled by one team rather than four vendors pointing at each other. You do not have to take all of it. Start where the pressure is.
Implementation & Rollouts
End-to-end implementation, configuration, localisation and multi-country rollout, aligned to how your business already operates.
R12.2.x Upgrades
Application, technology stack and database upgrades, including the customisation remediation and online patching readiness that usually holds them up.
Performance & Enhancements
Slow concurrent programs, month-end that overruns, workarounds nobody documented. We tune the technical and fix the functional.
Integrations
EBS connected to Fusion, Salesforce, Microsoft, banking hosts, treasury, HRMS and portals through OIC, SOA, APIs and REST or SOAP services.
Customisations & Extensions
RICE objects, Forms and OAF, PL/SQL, workflows, BI and XML Publisher reports, built to survive your next upgrade.
Cloud Migration
EBS moved to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS or Azure, with the application and database sized and configured to run the way they run today.
Database & Infrastructure
Oracle Database administration, upgrades, high availability, disaster recovery, Exadata and engineered systems underneath the application.
Security & Compliance
Access and SoD review, patching discipline, TDE, Database Vault and audit readiness for regulated environments.
Managed Services 24x7
Functional, technical, database and infrastructure support under SLA, with proactive monitoring and a named team that learns your estate.
Where our EBS people actually spend their days.
Functional consultants, technical developers and database and infrastructure engineers in the same practice, so a ticket does not change hands every time the problem changes layer.

We step in when implementation ends.
Oracle is not one of many platforms we work with. It is what the company was built around, and Oracle EBS has been at the centre of it since day one.
Every layer, one team
Functional, technical, database, integration and infrastructure capability inside a single Oracle practice.
Estates built by anyone
We take EBS environments as we find them, whoever implemented them, and move them forward from there.
Full lifecycle coverage
Implementation and upgrades through to optimisation, migration and long-run managed services.
Integration-first
EBS rarely runs alone. We connect it to Fusion, Salesforce, Microsoft, treasury, HRMS and banking platforms.
A business case, not a default
We help you decide what to retain, upgrade, extend or move, rather than assuming everything belongs in the cloud.
Where you operate
Delivered from Dubai and our India delivery centres, with coverage across the GCC, India, APAC and the US.
Every core EBS module, one delivery team.
Modernisation does not have to mean replacing your ERP.
Four routes forward from the EBS you run today. Most organisations use more than one of them, in sequence, over several years. The first job is working out which one you are actually in.
Upgrade EBS
For environments falling behind on release, patch level or database version.
- Upgrade to a supported R12.2.x release
- Technology stack and database upgrade
- Customisation remediation and retesting
- Online patching adoption and patch discipline
Extend EBS
For businesses whose ERP works but whose processes have outgrown the screens.
- Modern interfaces and workflow automation
- Integrations with cloud and third-party platforms
- Analytics and reporting on top of EBS data
- Targeted automation where manual effort is highest
Move EBS to cloud
For estates on ageing hardware facing a refresh nobody wants to fund again.
- Migration to OCI, AWS or Azure
- Application and database moved together
- Landing zone, sizing and network design
- Same applications, same processes, better platform
Transition to Fusion
For organisations where a cloud application move is now the right business decision.
- Fit assessment across your EBS footprint
- Phased, module-by-module roadmap
- Coexistence and integration during transition
- Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM delivery
Five stages, whether it is a project or a takeover.
Assess
A full read of the environment: release and patch level, customisations, integrations, database and infrastructure, and where the recurring pain sits.
Roadmap
What to fix now, what to upgrade, what to move and what to leave alone, sequenced against budget and business calendar.
Execute
Upgrade, migration, integration or enhancement work delivered in planned phases, tested at each step rather than at the end.
Stabilise
Hypercare through the first close cycle, with the team that did the work still on the ground answering for it.
Run
Transition into SLA-backed managed services, with proactive monitoring and a documented estate your team can hold us to.
Struggling with a fragile EBS environment?
That is our exact moment. Book a free 30-minute assessment call with our Oracle team.
Connected Oracle expertise, not four separate silos.
EBS questions rarely stay inside EBS. The same practice covers the Oracle ecosystem around it, which is what makes a whole-estate answer possible.
Oracle Fusion Cloud
ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM, from greenfield cloud to phased EBS transition.
Oracle PaaS
OIC, SOA Suite, VBCS, APEX and API Gateway connecting Oracle to everything else.
Database & Security
Oracle Database, TDE, Database Vault, Audit Vault and GoldenGate.
Oracle Infrastructure
OCI, Exadata, ExaCC, Oracle Linux and KVM, plus AWS and Azure estates.
Where Oracle does not fully cover a need, our partnerships do. Kyriba for treasury, Salesforce for CRM and Darwinbox for modern HR, each integrated natively with Oracle Financials and payroll rather than bolted on.
The details, up front.
Do you work on EBS environments you did not implement?
That is the majority of our work. We are built to step into environments delivered by someone else, document what is actually there, stabilise it and take it forward.
Should we upgrade EBS or move to Oracle Fusion?
It depends on your module footprint, the volume of customisation, your appetite for process change and the budget cycle you are in. We assess both paths and give you the case for each, including the option of staying on EBS for now and revisiting later.
Is moving EBS to the cloud the same as moving to Fusion?
No, and the two are often confused. Moving to cloud infrastructure keeps your EBS applications and business processes exactly as they are and changes only the platform underneath. Moving to Fusion replaces the applications themselves. They are separate decisions and can happen years apart.
What does an R12.2 upgrade actually involve?
The application upgrade is rarely the hard part. The work sits in the technology stack, the database version, adopting online patching, and remediating and retesting the customisations and integrations built up over the years. We scope all of that before committing to a timeline.
Can you support the database and infrastructure too, or only the application?
Both. Our functional, technical, database and infrastructure teams sit in the same practice, which matters when a month-end problem turns out to be a storage or database issue rather than a configuration one.
How quickly can you take over support of our EBS?
Transition typically runs a few weeks, depending on the size of the estate and how much documentation exists. We run a structured knowledge transfer and shadow period before taking primary responsibility, so nothing is dropped at handover.
How long can we keep running EBS?
Longer than most boards assume. Oracle publishes its support timelines for EBS 12.2, and we build your roadmap around those dates rather than around a migration deadline someone invented. Staying on EBS is a legitimate strategy when it is a decision rather than a drift.
